Legends Volleyball welcomes a new assistant coach.

Alexandria College welcomes Jason Smith as the new assistant Legends Volleyball coach.

For the past eight years, Smith has been the Director of Operations for Midwest Power Volleyball, a club volleyball program based in St. Cloud, Minn. During that time, he coached levels 14u-18u in the skill and strategy of the sport and currently coaches the 18u national team.

He started his collegiate coaching career in 2019 as a volunteer assistant coach for the Ridgewater College volleyball team. He assisted them until 2021. His focus while at Ridgwater was to help with recruiting and strength training for the program.

"I am excited to be a Legends Volleyball Coach," Smith said.
