Clay Target team finishes strong in Fall 2022 season
The Legends Clay Target team finished in second place at the 2022 MCAC Fall Championship, and earned the 2022 regular season Division Title.
The Legends Clay Target team finished in second place at the 2022 MCAC Fall Championship, and earned the 2022 regular season Division Title.
With a final season score of 5,778.50, the Legends finished the regular season in first place in the White Division, topping Southwest Wisconsin Technical College by more than 250 points. Devin Dummer was the Men's Division Individual High Gun and overall Conference High Gun with a season average of 49.60. Jordan Paquette and Ellie Roers finished first and second in the Women's Division Individual standings with season averages of 47.80 and 47.00 respectively.
Devin Dummer, Tyler Driver, and Colby Vroman made the Top 10 Men's standings, and Jordan Paquette, Ellie Roers, McKenzy Grunewald, Kiah Martinson, and Megan Jensen all placed in the Top 10 Women's standings.
The 2022 MCAC Fall Championship was held at the Alexandria Shooting Park, the team's home field. Alexandria College took home second place with a team total of 474, just two points behind Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. Devin Dummer and Avery Gieser both shot a 97x100 during the championship.
