Burgum, Lampert named MCAC Players of the Week

Legends pitcher Lucas Burgum and outfielder Levi Lampert were named the MCAC Central Division Baseball Athletes of the Week for March 25-31, 2024.

Burgum

"Alexandria Technical & Community College right-handed pitcher, Lucas Burgum, a sophomore pitcher for the Legends, threw a complete game six innings, giving up only four hits and one earned run in his win. Burgum struck out 12 batters and walked two, compiling a 1.00 ERA for the week and earning the week's MCAC Central Division Baseball Pitcher of the Week honor."

Lampert

"Legends outfielder, Levi Lampert, went 6 for 14, hitting .429, with a double and a home run. Lampert also drove in six runs, scored seven, walked twice, and stole four bases, helping his team pick up four wins during the week and earning him the week's MCAC Central Division Baseball Position Player of the Week award."
