Legends pitcher Lucas Burgum and outfielder Levi Lampert were named the MCAC Central Division Baseball Athletes of the Week for March 6-12, 2023. The Legends Baseball team is currently ranked 13 in the nation in the NJCAA DIII Baseball Rankings.

Burgum

"Alexandria Technical & Community College right-handed pitcher, Lucas Burgum, earned the MCAC Central Division Baseball Pitcher of the Week honor. In his one start, Burgum pitched a near perfect game, giving up only 2 walks with no hits and no runs over 5 innings. His no-hitter was the first of his collegiate career."

Lampert

"Levi Lampert, outfielder for Alexandria Technical & Community College, earned the week's MCAC Central Division Baseball Position Player of the Week award. Lampert hit .454 on the week, going 10 for 22 with a double, a triple, 3 RBI and 9 runs. He also stole 3 bases, walked 4 times, and pitched a shutout game to get his first collegiate win."
